The Rakavlit is Haifa's urban cable car, opened in 2022, climbing from the Lev HaMifratz transit hub up Mount Carmel to the Technion and the University of Haifa. It is part of the city's public transport, and the cabins give broad views over Haifa Bay. A fun ride for families visiting Haifa.
