Amona was an Israeli community on a hilltop above Ofra in Binyamin. Its homes were demolished by the state in 2006, amid large protests, and the remaining residents were evacuated in 2017. The hill looks out over the Binyamin region, and the site remains a reminder of a painful chapter in the story of settlement in the area.
